Ladies and Gentlemen:
First and foremost, I would like to thank God for his never-ending grace, kindness, and provision during what ended up being one of the blessing times of my life.
Exactly one year ago, I signed the papers that made it official: I had founded a company. A company that in many ways… It was just an extension of my childhood, passion for dancing and fitness. Many people predicted I would not last a year in this project, that I was too idealistic to cope with everyday business life, and that I would get things in a "virtual" mess in no time.
Fortunately, those people were wrong. But it was not me who proved them wrong, not me alone, anyway. Almost everyone in the audience today came to be part of this company at some point over the last year, and has stayed faithfully by my side ever since. Together, we have made Yenis Dance Body and Soul a success. Together, we have made sure that we can gather here today and celebrate our first milestone anniversary. One year is a very short time if we compared to others in the fitness industry. Our company is still adolescent. On the other hand, a year in a sector that is constantly and rapidly advancing is an achievement we can be proud of. It means we have managed to establish ourselves in this sector. We've claimed our rightful place here.
What We Do
Yenis Body Dance & Soul is a place to get in shape, learn how to dance and have fun with a Latin flair, through a motivational discipline and dedication.

Pilates, named for its founder Joseph Pilates is a series of exerci$es to strengthen the body's core-the abdominals, lower back, buttocks and inner thighs. Pi/ates offers a wide range of benefits including:
Body alignment: works both sides of the body equally to restore balance and symmetry
Cardiovascular strength: raises the heart rate to improve cardiovascular fitness
Flexibility: focus is placed on stretching the muscles to improve flexibility
Improved physique: streamlines the body by toning and strengthening major muscle groups
Posture: strengthens the powerhouse, which makes proper body posture easier to maintain
Rehabilitation: Pilates is often used in rehabilitation programs and to prevent re- injary to muscles
Stress reduction: by focusing on the exercises and proper breathing techniques
ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME
Equipment needed: a thick yoga mat and a towel (optional) for additional neck support
